An Italian company that has been manufacturing toys for more than 60 years, Quercetti designs and produces toys that range from toy vehicles to art ‘puzzles’, marble runs, and gear toys.
Founded by Alessandro Quercetti, the headquarters are in Torino, Italy, and the company have direct control over every step of the manufacturing process from the design, concept, engineering, rendering, mould production and injection through to the assembly, packaging, stocking, and shipment of all products.
Quercetti believe that play in early childhood lays the foundation for all future learning, the skills and know-how that he or she will keep on building in life
And Quercetti believe in learning from kids first: how they relate to the world, how they perceive time and space, and how they interact with the objects around them, turning anything into a learning tool using their imagination.
Quercetti toys are designed to set creativity free and create new unprecedented connections between form and function. They believe that a well-designed and carefully manufactured toy will become an extension of a child’s life and something they will want to hold onto forever.
To this end, Quercetti is committed to supplying safe non-toxic products using only certified materials and all products are tested by recognized external labs to ensure they meet international toy safety regulations. All paper is FSC certified, made of pure ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) cellulose and recycled fibres, and the inks are all vegetable-based. Quercetti make no use of isopropyl alcohol.
Quercetti also considers the use of commercials directed to children under 12 years of age as not ethically correct. This is because we believe children should not be exposed to marketing operations that may induce irresponsible consumerism.
