Based in Brooklyn, New York, Candylab Toys craft a unique line of solid wood toy vehicles. 

Born out of a desire to revive the glamorous ’60s American modernist vibe and carve it into awesome contemporary wood toy designs, the Candylab team draw on many influences, including a deep love of classic American Cars and the craftsmanship spirit of mid-century artisan furniture designers.

Candylab had the realisation that today’s kids are slowly drowning in a sea of toys that not only break, but that are also very forgettable. And so they set out to create a line of elegant, durable and simple heirloom wooden toys that empower children in creating their own stories

Two years of experimentation, development, testing and relentless encouragement from friends, family and perfect strangers at the playground have resulted in designs that they are now proud to share with the world. Candylab’s cars are nearly indestructible and designed to stay in one piece for years (and generations) to come.
